Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nicfade iOS app (“Nicfade”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). Nicfade is provided by Vincent Tietze. Full provider and postal contact details are in the Impressum. Contact: quizel.support@protonmail.com.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Nicfade you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). If Apple's required terms conflict with these Terms, Apple's terms apply to the extent of the conflict.
2. What Nicfade does
Nicfade helps you cut down and stop using nicotine pouches with a step-down plan, pacing, tracking and tools for cravings. It provides general information and self-help tools only. Nicfade is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Talk to a health professional before changing your nicotine use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or take medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Nicfade Pro is offered as an auto-renewable yearly or monthly subscription and may also be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. Eligible new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial of the yearly plan; Apple decides eligibility. We may occasionally offer a lower price for the first year. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or when an eligible trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Mandatory consumer, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
4. Your data
Your plan and logs are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, attack or misuse the app, bypass purchase checks, or use it in a way that violates the law or the rights of others.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, for example to fix problems or follow App Store rules. Purchased access stays available for the period you paid for.
7. No guarantee of results
Nicfade is provided “as is”. Quitting nicotine depends on many factors; we do not guarantee that you will reduce or stop your nicotine use. Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
8. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability for simple negligence is excluded.
9. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected.
